Shetland Islands Council have taken possession of the new Scalloway Fish Market. Constructed by CHAP Group, the new facility was completed some 3 months ahead of schedule.

CHAP Projects WIN at Scottish Green Energy Awards

Following a competitive tendering exercise Aberdeen City Council has selected CHAP Group to build 369 housing units at the former Summerhill Academy site on the Lang Stracht.
The Summerhill scheme will be a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroomed homes, set amongst a network of paths and green spaces.
The new housing scheme will benefit from many additional features including access to the city’s Combined Heat and Power Scheme which uses waste heat from electricity generation. All properties will also be fitted with fibre optic cables and ducting to ensure digital connectivity options are available to residents.
