CHAP are one of 12 Scottish SME’s who have been appointed to Scotland Excel’s New Build Residential Construction Framework.
The Framework was developed in partnership with local authorities to significantly reduce the time it takes to engage contractors to build new homes. Places were awarded on the £1.5bn framework following a robust, two-stage procurement process.
We are proud to have been awarded a place on this prestigious framework as local economic development is a central theme. We have committed to advertising sub-contracting opportunities on the national tender portal, Public Contracts Scotland, and to using local labour and materials where possible. A commitment to engaging with supported businesses and social enterprises has also been made where the value of our awarded projects exceeds £1million.
Scotland Excel have produced a video to showcase the framework and everything it can offer, if you would like to watch it you can do so here.
