Courtyard Development comprising 23 flats
The flats were constructed on a brownfield site in traditional construction with external cladding of dry-dash and timber larch linings and provided 3-bedroom flats off 3 stairwells.
Site access was extremely restricted and we utilised one of our tower cranes to provide distribution of materials throughout the duration of the works.
