Construction of a new two storey office building in timber frame, delivered on a Design and Build lump sum fixed price basis for Eztek who provide electronic solutions and service to clients in the oil and gas industry worldwide.
CHAP took the project from planning concept through building warrant to construction and completion, including all services and utility supplies.
The project was delivered on time and under budget.
