Turnkey Design & Build Package for Oilenco who specialise in well intervention tooling to the global oil and gas industry, constructed in steel frame to provide workshop and office space over two floors together with a large concrete storage yard.
CHAP took the project from concept, through initial design, planning consent and building warrant to full design and construction including service designs and utility supplies. Full client fit out was incorporated into the works and was delivered 6 weeks early.
