Design & Build of 18 flats in a single 3-storey block of masonry construction to provide 2-bedroom luxury apartments.
All apartments have quality finishes with spacious lounges, designer kitchen, bathroom and en-suite, light and space throughout, their own private balcony or terrace and have the added benefit of lift access to all levels, door entry security video systems together with private allocated parking for residents and visitors.
The development is constructed within the vicinity of existing occupied retirement homes and a care home which incorporates a special needs care facility.
The project was registered with CCS (Considerate Constructor Scheme) and awarded a “Beyond Compliance Certificate”.
