Works Progressing at Hospitalfield Arts in Arbroath
Works are progressing at CHAP’s project at Hospitalfield Arts in Arbroath.

This project was to construct a new build Energy Development Park for start-up energy research companies.
‘The development was split into two phases; phase one is complete. This consisted of 12 units split between two steel framed buildings, varying in size between 300 and 1500m2. The development incorporates many innovative energy saving/environmental features and is heated by a communal wood-pellet and gas fired boiler, and incorporates a wind turbine. On completion the project was awarded a BREEAM Rating of “Very Good”.
