Beatrice Sub Station
Offshore Windfarm

Construction of the main Control Building and the Principal SVC Process Building for the Beatrice Offshore Windfarm

This project comprised the construction of two steel framed metal clad buildings which provided the main Control Building and the Principal SVC Process Building for the Beatrice Offshore Windfarm.

Both buildings were highly serviced with deep raised flooring systems and electromagnetic shielding incorporated into the building fabric. The buildings also had an enhanced level of fire protection plus blast proof features.

The electrical services not only provided general lighting and power but were integrated into the main operational grid process systems and included fire and security installations.
