These developments form part of the council’s Strategic Housing Investment Plan 2015-2020

Deveron St/George St, Huntly
The works comprised the construction of 12 new residential affordable units consisting of 6 no. two bedroom flats and 6 no. one bedroom flats. Works also included external services, car parking and other associated works.

Errol Court, Turriff
The new development on Easterfield Road consists of the construction of 10 new affordable properties comprising two one-bedroom flats and eight two-storey semi-detached houses (four two-bedroom and four three bedroom properties). Works also included external services, car parking, retaining walls and other associated works.

Clerkhill, Peterhead
The new development at Clerkhill consists of the construction of 30 new residential properties comprising 20 houses (6 x 2 bed houses, 10 x 3 bed houses and 4 x 4 bed houses), 10 one-bedroom flats as well as road access and parking.

Millburn, Oldmeldrum
The works consist of the construction of 26 new properties comprising 8 No. 1 bed flats, 8 No. 2 bed semi-detached houses, 2 No. 2 bed bungalows and 8 No. 3 bed semi-detached houses. All properties are 2 storey timber frame. Works will also include external services, car parking, roads and other associated works. The site is a greenfield site.
