Values that lead us:
01
a 'CAN DO' ATTITUDE
We are proactive with a positive outlook, looking for answers, not problems. From feasibility and design through to construction and handover.
02
Follow the data
We monitor Safety and Quality as priorities on every project, using the latest construction software to manage and enhance our delivery
03
Partners, not clients
Every project is a team effort. Early engagement means a better understanding of your requirements and how we can assist.
04
Always learning
All projects are unique with new challenges and solutions. Experience is transferred from project to project, adapting and always improving.

our heritage
The CHAP Group is one of Scotland’s leading privately owned construction groups with an inspiring heritage dating back to 1976 when it was founded.
When you meet the people who work, or have worked, with the company it is clear that they work with CHAP and not for CHAP.
CHAP has always encouraged team spirit, loyalty and respect for colleagues at all levels.
