Project

Eday Gardens
Construction

Completed in 2013, this development provided six new sheltered residential apartments in the existing facility by converting former staff and communal rooms into four homes and building a further two homes in a new two storey masonry block. Construction included a full rearrangement of the existing utility services and the flats were fully fitted out with adapted kitchens, level access showers and other disability adaptations.
